Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using Lexentia on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you upload and the use you make of the output. Lexentia assists legal work, it does not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any draft, analysis, or citation before you rely on it.
No legal advice
Lexentia is a software tool. It does not provide legal advice and using it does not create a lawyer client relationship with us. The output is a starting point for a qualified professional, not a final work product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to upload content you have no right to process. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the work product you generate. We retain all rights to the platform itself. We claim no ownership over your content.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features over time, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lexentia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
